3D Visualizer (Male)

3D Visualizer is responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D renderings of interior spaces, architectural elements, and joinery/furniture layouts.

Salary Package: RO 250-350 (Basic 150 + Food 50 + Other Allowance 100)

Key Responsibilities:

· 3D Modeling C Rendering:

· Create 3D models of interior layouts, partitions, ceiling designs, flooring, custom furniture, and joinery details.

· Develop photorealistic renders using CAD drawings, mood boards, or conceptual sketches.

· Technical Coordination:

· Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and site teams.

· Interpret 2D technical drawings and transform them into detailed 3D visuals.

· Client Presentation:

· Produce high-quality static images, virtual walkthroughs, or videos.

· Present multiple design options and modify based on client feedback.

· Software Expertise:

· Work with AutoCAD/Revit for layout import.

· Use tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, or Enscape for modeling and rendering.

· Use Photoshop or Illustrator for presentation boards.

· Design Detailing:

· Accurately model textures, finishes, light fixtures, MEP elements, ceiling patterns, furniture joinery, etc.

· Site and Material Coordination:

· Coordinate with procurement/supplier teams to ensure materials in renders match actual materials available.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Qualification: Basic degree + Certification in 3D

· Experience: Gulf experience preferred

Minimum Experience -5 years in the middle east
