Responsibilities

Creating visually appealing graphics and designs for various platforms including print, digital, and social media
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies
Producing high-quality design deliverables within tight deadlines
Creating and maintaining design guidelines and templates
Keeping up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices
Working closely with stakeholders to understand their design needs and objectives
Conducting research and producing sketches, storyboards, and mock-ups
Developing and maintaining the company's visual brand identity
Managing and organizing design files and assets

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects
Experience working with both print and digital design
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
Experience in UI/UX design is a plus
