Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Bahria town Civic center

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Timings: Morning (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and Evening (5:00 PM to 1:00 AM)

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Note: This position is completely on-site. Applicants outside the twin cities (Rawalpindi and Islamabad) will not be considered.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of digital and print work, an eye for clean and artful design, and a passion for creating visually engaging content that aligns with brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for digital platforms (social media, websites, ads, presentations) and print media (flyers, brochures, packaging, etc.)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and colleagues, helping to elevate the overall quality of work.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of design, layout, and user engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design revisions.
