Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute visual projects from concept to delivery across web, ads, presentations, and social platforms.
• Shape and evolve Sprinto’s visual identity to ensure brand consistency and creative impact.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and growth teams to translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive designs.
• Develop scalable design systems, illustration libraries, and templates to streamline creative production.
• Explore and experiment with new tools and workflows (AI, motion, 3D) to enhance storytelling and innovation.
• Advocate for design excellence, present confidently, and mentor peers through example.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual, brand, or communication design with a strong portfolio showcasing craft and storytelling, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion or 3D design skills are a plus.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory with adaptability across formats.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
