Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Art & Design Department. The ideal candidate is someone who can conceptualize, design, and execute independently while also collaborating effectively within a creative team. This person should bring strong design fundamentals, brand storytelling ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving — with hands-on experience in both traditional design tools and emerging AI-based creative technologies.

A background in pharmaceutical or dermatology-based design will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative ideation and design development across brand, print, digital, and social media platforms.

• Translate briefs into powerful visual communication that aligns with brand identity and business goals.

• Independently manage projects from concept to final artwork, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop campaign visuals, packaging, and launch materials.

• Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning within the team.

• Stay ahead of design trends, visual communication techniques, and AI-driven creative tools to bring innovative ideas to life.

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines while elevating the overall visual standards of the organization.

• Work closely with the Manager – Art & Design and Assistant Manager to maintain design consistency and excellence across all deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Applied Arts / Visual Communication / Graphic Design from a reputed design institute.

• 5–7 years of professional design experience in a corporate or agency setting.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand design, and multichannel creativity.

Skills & Expertise:

Design Tools:

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, Microsoft Office, Figma (optional), AI-based design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or DALL·E.

Creative Attributes:

• Strong visual storytelling and conceptual design sense

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent attention to detail and time management

• Understanding of brand systems and campaign design

• Knowledge of design for both print and digital platforms

• Good aesthetic judgment and a passion for innovation

Printing& Production:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of print production and color management.
