Senior Graphic Designer

PakWheels is looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of impactful visual content across digital, social, and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining design excellence, ensuring brand consistency, and managing multiple creative projects from concept to execution. This role requires strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, and Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and high-quality visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, website, and print materials.
• Create visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and strengthen PakWheels’ brand identity.
• Own and manage multiple design projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Deliver all design assets on time while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop campaign concepts and creative strategies.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions to support new ideas and initiatives.
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and maintain a strong design culture within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, social media formats, animation styles, and digital design standards.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a strong plus).

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (in-house or agency).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, social media design, campaign visuals, and modern design styles.
• Experience with motion graphics or basic animation is highly preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
