We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design function and elevate the visual execution of the brand. In this role, you will own how the brand looks, feels, and evolves, while overseeing the work of another designer and ensuring consistently high-quality output across all channels. You will report to the Marketing Communications Manager and work closely with content, performance, and brand stakeholders to translate strategy into strong visual outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role. You design, you guide, and you raise the bar.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design execution across digital, video, and print touchpoints

Produce high-quality graphic design for digital campaigns, social media, and brand initiatives

Handle video editing for marketing and content needs (short-form, long-form, motion-based assets)

Manage print and production design, ensuring files are production-ready and aligned with brand standards

Oversee and review the work of the current designer, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery

Act as the guardian of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring correct application and continuous evolution

Proactively suggest improvements to visual systems, layouts, templates, and creative approaches

Collaborate closely with the different teams to translate requests into effective visual outputs
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects)

Proven experience with video editing tools and motion-based content

Strong visual taste with the ability to judge quality and consistency

Actively keeps up with current design, digital, and visual trends

Familiar with AI tools and their adoption and application in creating visual outputs

Ability to balance creativity with execution speed and business needs

Experience with photography and video shooting is a plus
