Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who translates brand strategy into strong, consistent, performance-driven visuals. Every asset — whether digital or print — must align with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for transforming strategic direction into impactful creative outputs that support marketing performance across platforms. This role goes beyond creating designs — it builds cohesive visual identities and structured creative systems that scale with brands and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate brand strategy into high-impact visual assets across digital and print platforms
  • Ensure strict alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives
  • Develop and maintain cohesive visual identities
  • Build structured creative systems that support long-term marketing performance
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Content, Media, and Production teams to align creative output with strategy and business goals
  • Support motion graphics and video editing to maintain consistent and scalable visual storytelling
  • Contribute to creative concepts that enhance brand authority and clarity
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual systems, and campaign consistency
  • Ability to think strategically — not just visually
  • Experience designing for performance-driven marketing
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for execution
