About the Role

DI is looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to elevate our brand and support a wide range of client and internal initiatives. This in‑house role is ideal for someone who loves concepting, problem-solving, and bringing smart, cohesive visual ideas to life across digital and physical environments.

What You’ll Do

• Concept, design, and produce creative work from ideation through final production—branding, marketing materials, presentations, environmental displays, websites, campaigns, and more.
• Create digital assets including social graphics, email templates, and web elements.
• Produce clean, production-ready files for both print and digital output.
• Contribute to creative strategy alongside the Creative Director on marketing initiatives and brand development.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective, insight-driven design solutions.
• Support corporate events, photo shoots, and content creation.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Compelling typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience in web/UI design.
• Solid understanding of both print production and digital best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A versatile portfolio showcasing high-quality, diverse design work.
• Bonus: experience in video editing, motion graphics, or photography.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
