Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience, preferably in the footwear or fashion retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs that align with brand identity, support marketing initiatives, and enhance customer engagement across both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visual content for retail campaigns, product promotions, and brand communications
• Create engaging graphics for social media, website banners, email marketing, and in-store branding
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual materials
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to achieve campaign objectives
• Design packaging, catalogs, and other promotional materials for footwear products
• Stay updated with current design trends, retail visuals, and fashion industry standards
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in footwear, fashion, or retail industry
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
• Experience in digital marketing and retail campaign design
• Strong creativity with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of e-commerce design requirements
• Knowledge of retail visual merchandising concepts
