What You Will Do

Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars.

Create training materials such as manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations.

Implement innovative training methods to enhance learning and retention.

Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, both in-person and virtually.

Ensure training sessions are interactive, inclusive, and tailored to diverse learning styles.

Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed.

Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

Collaborate with training lead and department managers to determine specific training requirements.

Develop customized training materials based on assessment results.

Measure the effectiveness of training programs through summative assessments, surveys, and feedback.

Analyze training data and prepare reports on training outcomes and impact.

Continuously tweak training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation, and participant communication to the training coordinator.

Maintain accurate training records and manage the training database.

Liaise with external training providers and vendors when necessary.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffects Essentials and 3d blender is a plus.
• Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile app design.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• 3 To 5 Years of Experience.
