Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-quality visual assets for both digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Create and maintain design systems, templates, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, marketing teams, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling visual solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers to support overall creative excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance output and efficiency.
• Contribute creative insights to marketing campaigns, UI/UX improvements, and overall brand strategy.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within a fast-paced agency or technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant software.
• A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and work efficiently under deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present design concepts and decisions.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-impact work.
