Senior Graphic Designer (B2B)

The Senior Graphic Designer conceptualizes, designs, and illustrates artwork for a wide range of assets, utilizing brand identity to create high-quality and innovative content such as static visuals and animated videos, with a strong focus on Business-to-Business (B2B) creatives. This role ensures all deliverables maintain consistent brand representation in line with brand and IP regulations and are completed within set timelines.

This position requires a creative professional with strong aesthetic judgment and a collaborative mindset. The designer will work closely with the Sales and B2B Department , aligning all creative outputs with partners and key stakeholders. Additionally, the role entails creative stewardship of the brand , driving innovation and developing creative solutions that reflect the brand’s core values. Responsibilities include the creation of photo, video, and layout designs to support in-park communications, attractions, and external marketing campaigns .


The role includes the development of all creative including photo, video and layout designs to support in-park/attraction(s) communication and external marketing campaigns.

Marketing & Brand:

  • Create complex graphics, animations and illustrations using independent judgment and creativity for the design team to develop creatives for internal and external comms.
  • Make objects or characters appear lifelike by manipulating light, color, texture, shadow, and transparency, or manipulating static images to give the illusion of motion.
  • Provide creative solutions to business challenges including the enhancement of the guest in-park/attraction(s) experience, to full 360 roll-out of external ATL marketing across social media, out of home print and digital media.
  • Drive creative solutions that are in-line with the theme park/attraction(s) brand value proposition and reflect the brand’s core values.
  • Creative to be developed in-line with the overall brand strategy, the brand guidelines, and IP regulations
  • Assist in the development of all theme park/attraction(s) Brand Guidelines to set the foundational brand standards and expectations of all creative execution. Brand guidelines to set the benchmark for the Sales and Marketing team, external parties, partners and sponsors
  • Creation of new theme park/attraction(s) new ride and product launch logos
  • Ideation of innovative and out-of-the-box creative solutions including new concepts, activation ideas and digital rich media in line with the latest marketing and design techniques
  • Advise on the production process of creative solutions, including production specifications, reviewing material to maintain a high quality assurance
  • Work closely with the external creative agency to ensure brand alignment and creative consistency on all external campaigns
  • Performs other miscellaneous support functions as required


To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years of Graphic Design experience
  • Professional qualification in Marketing, Communications and/or Graphic Design
  • Assertive and approachable personality
  • Proficient in taking instruction, reading and understanding Creative Briefs
  • Solid understanding of brand development and design
  • Expert in computer graphics software for the development of all art, photo, video and layout designs
  • Resourceful, pro-active and innovative thinker
  • Ability to navigate a busy and challenging environment
  • Highly deadline driven and solid attention to detail
  • Deep organizational skills
  • Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language


Desirable:

  • Worked in theme parks, attractions or entertainment venues
  • Worked in the UAE or GCC countries in a marketing environment
  • Experience with developing creative solutions for regional or global brands
  • Fluent Arabic speaker and writer
