Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing

Dive Bomb Industries is looking for a highly capable Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing to play a critical role on our team. This person will handle all email campaign design for Dive Bomb and Flop Industries while also supporting a wide range of other creative needs across the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly proficient in graphic design and understands how creative supports a fast-moving marketing team. We are looking for someone with strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom, who can concept, design, refine, and prepare assets across a wide range of applications while maintaining a high visual standard and strong brand consistency.

In addition to all email campaign design for Dive Bomb and Flop Industries, this person will support creative across digital, print, retail, and event environments. This role will work directly under the direction of the Marketing Director and closely alongside the Marketing Production Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute all email marketing campaigns for Dive Bomb and Flop Industries
  • Design and iterate on product packaging while ensuring brand consistency and retail readiness
  • Develop and maintain product labels, including UPC and barcode integration and other compliance-related requirements
  • Create hang tags and supporting product collateral for retail environments
  • Produce planograms and visual merchandising layouts to support in-store presentation
  • Design static digital advertisements for web, social, and broader marketing campaigns
  • Create and evolve brand assets, including logo development and other visual identity elements
  • Design flyers, brochures, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral
  • Produce event and trade show signage to support a cohesive brand presence across environments
  • Collaborate on apparel graphics and merchandise design as needed
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files for both digital and print formats
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high visual standard across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Production Manager to execute creative that supports broader business and marketing goals

Qualifications

  • Proven graphic design experience in a marketing-focused environment
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom
  • Strong experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns
  • Experience preparing production-ready files for both print and digital formats
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and production setup
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and maintain consistency across a wide variety of creative needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Klaviyo
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer product marketing
  • Experience with packaging, labeling, retail collateral, and event signage
  • Experience in outdoor, hunting, fishing, or lifestyle brands
  • Understanding of how creative contributes to performance across email, web, and paid marketing channels

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
