Role Summary

We’re hiring a senior level remote graphic designer who can own DCL’s social visual output and support with light to medium video editing for short form content. This role is about fast turnaround, premium quality, strong systems, and consistent brand execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design (Primary)

· Create high performing assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X

· Design and maintain template systems (covers, stories, carousels, scoreboards, posters)

· Produce key formats:

o Reels covers + thumbnails

o Carousels + story packs

o Results/leaderboards/brackets/lineups

o Partner co-branded assets (brand compliance)

· Develop campaign visuals for season content, cups, premieres, partner activations, and event weeks

Video Editing (Secondary but Important)

· Edit short-form social videos (mostly 9:16):

o clean cuts, pacing, captions, basic sound

o simple motion overlays (lower thirds, logos, score graphics)

· Repurpose long form into social clips using existing style systems

Brand & Workflow

· Keep DCL output clean, consistent, and premium across platforms

· Deliver organized files, correct export specs, and proper versioning

· Collaborate remotely with Marketing + Social team on briefs, feedback, and deadlines

Required Experience

· 4–7+ years in graphic design (sports/entertainment/gaming/tech preferred)

· Strong portfolio showing social-first design + campaign systems/templates

· Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

· Comfortable with feedback and rapid iteration

Required Skills / Tools

· Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator (must)

· Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects (must for basic motion graphics)

· Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci (any is fine)

· Strong understanding of:

o social formats (9:16 / 4:5 / 1:1 / 16:9) + safe areas

o typography, layout, compositing, visual hierarchy

o file hygiene + delivery standards

Nice to Have

· Figma (collaboration + systems)

· Sports broadcast-style graphics (score bugs/leaderboards)

· Sponsor/brand compliance experience

· AI-assisted workflow or basic 3D (Blender/C4D)

Remote Work Expectations

· Remote-first role with reliable internet and consistent availability

· Must overlap at least 3–4 hours daily with CET/UK working hours for reviews

· Able to handle higher intensity around event weeks
