Our client Burraq Engineering is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer - Visual Storytelling Expert in Karachi

Burraq Engineering is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least three years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on crafting compelling visual content that effectively communicates brand messages across print and digital channels. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, along with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and UX/UI principles. As a versatile designer, you will transform complex brand objectives into visually appealing designs that resonate with diverse audiences and enhance the companys presence.

In this role, you will work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop a consistent brand identity through high-quality print collateral and engaging digital assets. You are not required to manage a team but will play a key role in maintaining the visual integrity of Burraq Engineerings brand. You will handle the entire design process from concept generation to production, ensuring all materials meet technical specifications and align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-fidelity print materials such as brochures, large-format advertising, corporate reports, and packaging, managing all phases from concept to pre-press preparation.
• Develop and maintain consistent visual identity guidelines to ensure all physical and digital brand touchpoints represent a premium and cohesive look.
• Create compelling digital assets, including social media visuals, web interface components, and email marketing graphics that support overall campaign strategies.
• Collaborate strategically with marketing and sales leadership to generate innovative design concepts and provide expert design advice that contributes to business growth.
• Apply advanced skills in typography, layout design, color theory, and illustration techniques to produce designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• Utilize design software tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Figma to execute high-quality visual content.
• Retouch and enhance images to improve visual impact and meet project requirements.
• Ensure design outputs comply with brand standards and technical requirements for both print and digital media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends and digital technologies to innovate and improve the companys visual communications.
