Senior Graphics Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphics Designer to join our Islamabad team. The ideal candidate will lead creative design projects, mentor junior designers, and ensure delivery of high-quality, innovative visual content that aligns with strategic brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of visual branding projects across digital and print platforms.
• Develop creative concepts and oversee production of logos, marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and multimedia assets.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and content to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct brand audits and develop design guidelines and templates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new tools, and best practices, integrating innovative techniques into design processes.
• Present and defend creative work to clients and stakeholders confidently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic and brand design, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced design skills and leadership on brand projects.
• Expert proficiency in:
• Design Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch
• Video & Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva (video)
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience mentoring or leading design teams.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creative excellence.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Experience with animation and video production workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
