Senior Graphics Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphics Designer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Create High-Quality Graphics: Develop visually stunning graphics, logos, and layouts for both digital and print platforms that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and leadership) to develop and execute creative concepts that meet project goals.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design materials, from social media posts to print ads, maintain consistency with the brand’s identity.
• Design for Social Media & Marketing Campaigns: Design compelling visuals for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities, ensuring each piece engages the target audience effectively.
• Refine Designs Based on Feedback: Use feedback and project requirements to revise and enhance designs, ensuring the final product meets client or internal specifications.
• Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
• Organize Design Assets: Maintain a well-organized library of design assets and files, ensuring easy access and usability for team members.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print and/or digital media.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a variety of design projects.
