Senior Hair Stylist

Looking for a Hair Dresser urgently.

Should have good and relevant experience and should know all types of treatments, blow dry, styling and cuts. Experience of handling Britisher and European clients an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients to retain them.
• Providing high-quality hair styling based on clients’ preferences.
• Recommend hair style to match clients’ needs and personal style
• Evaluating the condition of clients’ hair and suggesting proper care to be taken
• Make sure our working area is clean and equipment is sterilized at all times
• Begin and end all treatments within scheduled time-frame, as well as recommend product for home use or self-care

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a hair stylist or similar position
• Hands-on experience with hair styling
• Knowledge of beauty products and trends
• Ability to provide personalized services based on each client’s requirements
• In-depth knowledge of hair treatment, coloring and styling
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 year experience performing a wide variety of services; previous customer service experience is a plus
• Flexibility: Hair styling services may be required during weekends and evenings, and holidays; therefore, Stylist must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Core Responsibilities. Hair Stylist Duties (Client-Facing)

• Hair Services: Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, chemical treatments (tints, braids, extensions), and trims.
• Consultation: Conduct thorough client consultations to analyze hair condition and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
• Product Expertise: Advise clients on hair health and promote the sale of professional retail products.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on 2026 hairstyle trends and new styling methods.
