Senior Architect

We are looking for an experienced design professional to lead the architectural process from concept development through project delivery. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams to create innovative, high-quality design solutions that successfully translate vision into built reality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and innovative design concepts that respond to client needs, project constraints, and site context.
• Lead the architectural design process for a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, institutional, and cultural developments.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand project goals, requirements, and design objectives.
• Produce concept sketches, renderings, and presentation materials to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and project stakeholders.
• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques to ensure design compliance and feasibility.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate technical requirements and engineering systems into the design.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and detailing to ensure accuracy, quality, and coordination with project requirements.
• Conduct periodic design reviews and critiques to evaluate project progress, identify design challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages experimentation, exploration, and innovation in architectural design.

Qualifications:

• 8- 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of
• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• leading design projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating a range of project experience and design proficiency.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and lead design discussions and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
