Senior Hair Stylist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our team at a prestigious salon in the heart of the city. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling, customer service, and staying current with industry trends.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair styling services to clients, including cutting, colouring, and styling
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Offer makeup application services when required
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their development
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Perform barbering services for male clients
- Manage front desk duties when needed
- Administer eyelash extensions for interested clients
- Oversee store management tasks as assigned

Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques and trends
- Previous experience in mentoring or training junior stylists is advantageous
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions is desirable
- Familiarity with salon operations and store management practices
