Senior Principal Project Mechanical Engineer

Looking for a Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer leads complex mechanical projects from concept to completion, focusing on technical excellence, team leadership, client relations, and commercial awareness, involving detailed design, calculations, drawings (CAD/Revit), specifications, compliance with standards, budgeting, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions, often within specific sectors like Building Services or Nuclear.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Oversee entire mechanical project lifecycles, manage budgets, schedules, resources, and ensure timely delivery.

Technical Design: Produce and review complex mechanical designs, calculations, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and CAD (Autodesk Revit MEP/3D)/drawings.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure designs meet technical standards (e.g., ASME), codes, regulations, and internal quality benchmarks.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, communicating complex solutions and building strong relationships.

Mentorship & Development: Guide junior engineers, review their work, and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Strategy & Innovation: Influence long-term technical direction, identify improvements, and develop innovative solutions.

Commercial Acumen: Understand project economics, manage scope changes, and protect company reputation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED39,000.00 per month

• construction : 10 years (Preferred)
• design and execution : 10 years (Preferred)
• Senior mechanical engineer : 10 years (Preferred)
• UAE project based : 10 years (Preferred)
