Role Overview

We are looking for a highly confident and result-driven Senior Hair Restoration Consultant to take complete ownership of Hair Transplant patient conversion from first consultation to surgery booking. The candidate must be strong in communication, patient relationship building, and closing high-value procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-clinic counselling for Hair Transplant prospects
• Educate patients on hair loss causes & suitable techniques (FUE / DHI)
• Present graft plan, pricing, EMI, and treatment packages confidently
• Build trust using surgeon credentials, real results & success stories
• Address objections related to pricing, timeline & safety
• Drive same-day booking or token confirmation
• Assist the doctor in graft planning and surgery preparation
• Maintain CRM with accurate lead status & follow-up actions
• Achieve monthly Hair Transplant revenue & conversion targets

Core Competencies

• Excellent communication in Hindi & English
• Strong persuasion, negotiation & emotional intelligence
• Confident in discussing money and decisions
• Self-driven & comfortable in performance-based roles
• Experience in premium healthcare or aesthetics sales preferred Experience
• 1–4 years in Hair Transplant / Aesthetic / Healthcare Sales
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket treatments

KPI's to Measure success

• Token booking same-day rate
• Monthly revenue contribution
• OPD → Surgery booking conversion %
