Job Title: Hairdresser / Hair Stylist

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in all hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and customer consultation. The Hairdresser will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring excellent salon hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services including:
• Haircuts (ladies' styles, trims, layers, bobs, etc.)
• Blow-dry and hairstyling
• Hair coloring, highlights, balayage, ombré
• Hair treatments such as keratin, protein, botox, and olaplex
• Hair straightening and curling
• Hair extensions (if applicable)
• Welcome clients and perform consultations to understand their needs.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, workstations, and salon areas.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Follow salon guidelines, workplace safety, and customer service standards.
• Assist with salon promotions and special offers when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser / Hair Stylist (5 year maxmuim ).
• Strong knowledge of modern cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
• Good understanding of hair types and suitable treatments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, friendly, and well-groomed.
• Ability to upsell treatments and products professionally.
