JOB PURPOSE

To support Gathern's host acquisition and success strategy by executing the onboarding, support, and performance management processes for unit hosts. The role ensures hosts are well informed, compliant, and continuously improving their service quality and availability, contributing directly to the growth and reliability of Gathern's supply portfolio.

Functional Accountabilities Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a scalable host acquisition and retention strategy aligned with the company's growth targets
  • Monitor host performance metrics (e.g., occupancy, response rate, guest ratings) and flag risks or opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve host related escalations or system issues
  • Assist in supply campaigns or outreach efforts in targeted regions
  • Help identify inactive or underperforming units and re engage hosts with relevant solutions
  • Gather host feedback and contribute insights to enhance the host journey and support tools
  • Support implementation of incentives or recognition programs to retain high performing hosts
  • Ensure all host interactions are aligned with Gathern's service values and communication tone
  • Contribute to quarterly reporting on host satisfaction and operational KPIs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Communication, or a related field
  • 3 5 years of experience in customer success, hospitality operations, or account management
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and digital communication tools
  • Experience in the Saudi market and understanding of local hospitality expectations
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
