Senior HR

We seek an experienced Senior Human Resource (HR) professional (Generalist) to oversee the HR department at CUTS International. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall functioning of the department with working experience on - HR policy and processes, Recruitment, Statutory Compliances, Performance management, Training and development, Induction and On boarding, Exit process, Grievance Redressal etc.

We are looking for smart applicants who:

• Possess good problem solving skills, can perform under difficult/pressure situation and don’t give up easily!
• Own their responsibilities, deliver within timelines and perform with minimal supervision
• Proactive and hold positive & learning attitude
• Good Communication Skills (Both verbal and written)

Qualification: MBA in HR with at least 4-5 years of experience in Generalist profile.

Experience of working on “Relyon Saral Pay Pack” and “Google Workspace” will be an added advantage.

Location: The position will be based in CUTS head office in Bani Park, Jaipur.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
