Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for staff and blue-collar employees
- Ensure accuracy in attendance, overtime, deductions, and incentives
- Coordinate with finance for timely salary disbursement
- Handle payroll compliance, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory deductions
Blue-Collar Workforce Coordination
- Manage daily HR operations for blue-collar / shop-floor employees
- Coordinate attendance, shift scheduling, leave, and manpower allocation
- Act as a point of contact between management, supervisors, and workers
- Handle worker grievances, discipline, and conflict resolution
HR Operations
- Execute recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar and staff roles
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules
- Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Support audits, inspections, and labor-related documentation
- Promote a positive and disciplined work environment
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare HR reports related to attendance, payroll, attrition, and manpower
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and external agencies when required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Key Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of labor laws (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
- Experience handling blue-collar / contract labor
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- 7+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to payroll and blue-collar workforce management
