Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compensation

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for staff and blue-collar employees
  • Ensure accuracy in attendance, overtime, deductions, and incentives
  • Coordinate with finance for timely salary disbursement
  • Handle payroll compliance, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory deductions

Blue-Collar Workforce Coordination

  • Manage daily HR operations for blue-collar / shop-floor employees
  • Coordinate attendance, shift scheduling, leave, and manpower allocation
  • Act as a point of contact between management, supervisors, and workers
  • Handle worker grievances, discipline, and conflict resolution

HR Operations

  • Execute recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar and staff roles
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules
  • Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Support audits, inspections, and labor-related documentation
  • Promote a positive and disciplined work environment

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare HR reports related to attendance, payroll, attrition, and manpower
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and external agencies when required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
  • Experience handling blue-collar / contract labor
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • 7+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to payroll and blue-collar workforce management
