Responsibilities:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Recruiter with 7+years of experience in hiring SAP professionals across various modules. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing recruitment operations, engaging with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and leveraging recruitment tools to drive hiring efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and hire SAP professionals across functional, technical, and techno-functional domains.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment including job posting, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SAP talent for current and future needs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and hiring timelines.
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of profiles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Lead weekly hiring review calls with management to track progress, address challenges, and align on priorities.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment vendors and monitor performance against SLAs.
  • Conduct and manage induction programs for new joiners, ensuring smooth onboarding and cultural integration.
  • Support HR operations including documentation, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires during their initial onboarding phase.
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and other ATS platforms for recruitment tracking and reporting.
  • Generate and present hiring dashboards, metrics, and insights to leadership.
  • Stay updated on recruitment technologies and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, cost per hire, etc.).
  • Drive process improvements in recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to generate hiring insights and dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s /Master’s in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 7 Years of experience in SAP recruitment across modules like SAP EWM, TM, IBP, DM, FICO, MM, SD, HANA, ABAP, etc.
  • Strong command of SAP SuccessFactors and other recruitment tools.
  • Proven ability to drive conversations with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
  • Experience conducting induction and managing HR operational tasks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.
