About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Coordinator to join our team and take charge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR policies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Support performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and team development.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in strategic HR planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
