Senior HR Executive

Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR and Recruitment Executive to manage key HR functions including recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations.

Location : Ras al khaimah

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and close vacancies efficiently.
  • Maintain candidate databases and pipelines for key roles.
  • Coordinate and attend interviews, job fairs, and recruitment events if required.

2. Performance Management

  • Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
  • Coordinate the appraisal cycle and track performance-related actions and improvements.
  • Support managers in identifying skill gaps and recommending development plans.

3. Payroll & Attendance

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, deductions, and leaves.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the HRMS and timely payroll submission.
  • Resolve employee payroll queries in coordination with the Finance team.

4. HR Operations

  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
  • Maintain HR files, employee records, and ensure data accuracy on the HR system.
  • Support the PRO with visa processing, medical tests, and documentation follow-ups.
  • Assist in insurance enrollment, cancellations, and renewals.

5. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, clarifications, and policy-related queries.
  • Assist in resolving minor grievances and escalating where necessary.
  • Promote employee engagement and ensure a positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience with recruitment, payroll, and HR operations is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS/HRIS).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • UAE Driving License is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
