- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.

- Hiring from Field Activities Online Portals, Job fairs and Campus Drives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for male candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct bulk hiring campaigns through mass recruitment techniques to meet business demands.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and offers made.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Male candidate with MBA-HR
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment management or human resource management.
- Proven track record of successful bulk hiring experiences with volume hiring expertise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
