Senior HR Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team at our Lalru facility. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in core HR functions with strong expertise in compliance, payroll processing, and HR operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage end-to-end HR activities while ensuring legal compliance and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Payroll & HR Operations

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle employee data management, attendance, and leave records.
• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and statutory payments.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, etc.).
• Handle statutory audits, inspections, and documentation.
• Keep updated records and ensure timely filing of statutory returns.

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain HRMS and employee records in accordance with company policies.
• Address employee grievances and support in disciplinary procedures.

HR Policies & Processes

• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Support in organizational initiatives like employee engagement, health & safety, and training programs.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on compliance and payroll into manufacturing industry only .
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and payroll software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing/plant environment is a plus.

Work Location:

• This role is based out of our manufacturing plant in Lalru, Punjab.
• Candidates residing nearby or willing to relocate will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
