ARTIUM is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sr. executive – Human resource to support our recruitment efforts for our online platform. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while contributing to the growth of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Support job postings across various platforms and help screen applications.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via emails and calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.
- Research industry trends and suggest innovative recruitment approaches.
- Support employer branding initiatives on social media and other platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Interest in talent acquisition and a passion for recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment tools is a plus.
