Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior HR Executive with strong experience in the IT sector to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, and compliance, while supporting organizational growth and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment to attract top IT talent.
• Oversee HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day processes.
• Champion performance management and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement and relations.

Requirements:

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate should know the common IT job profiles and required skill sets (e.g., developers, designers, project managers, QA, etc.).
• Candidate should be able to draft the job descriptions (based on past experience, not simply ChatGPT) - we can help finalize it.
• Candidate should be able to conduct basic technical screening to assess the candidate's suitability beyond just experience/salary.
• Should be result-driven.
