Job Description – Senior HR Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our growing team at Task Source.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of strong experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and technical recruitment.

• Preference will be given to a candidate who has experience in technical recruitment to hire Developers, UI/UX designers, Digital Marketing professionals, etc.
• Candidate should be able to prepare HR policies and procedures in consultation with the management related to HR activities.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process & improvement in recruitment and selection process.
• Salary management which includes payroll system and salary prepare salary structure for all employees.
• Preparation and monitoring attendance and leave policy.
• Prepare the job profiles and job descriptions for different vacancies.
• Understanding of statutory compliances like ESIC, PF, etc.
• Maintenance of employees' personal files, records, database.
• Assess and identify training needs to design and conduct training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,455.93 - ₹49,545.19 per month
