Rubber World Industry, a leading manufacturer of HVAC products in Saudi /UAE. We are hiring a Senior HR Executive who can lead the department and develop the team and implement best industry practices.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Arabic (preferred) and English for effective communication.
- Assisting expatriate employees with visa processing, Iqama (residency permits), and relocation support.
- Managing government portal systems like Muqeem, Qiwa, and TAMM for immigration-related tasks.
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases (e.g., records of attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions).
- Preparing HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
- Managing employee termination processes, including clearances, final settlements, and exit interviews.
- Ensuring adherence to Saudization requirements (Nitaqat), including hiring and developing Saudi nationals for specific roles.
- Managing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, and calculating end-of-service benefits as per Saudi labor law.
- Overseeing employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and allowances.
- Conducting salary surveys and benchmarking compensation against industry standards in KSA.
- Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi labor laws and company regulations.
- Ensuring the organization complies with Saudi Arabia’s employment regulations, including Saudization (local workforce quotas), GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance), and MOL (Ministry of Labor) requirements.
- Keeping up to date with changes in labor laws and advising management accordingly.
- Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law when hiring employees, particularly when hiring expatriates (e.g., managing visas, work permits, and Saudization requirements like Nitaqat).Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A master’s degree in human resources or an MBA is a plus.
- 3-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR practices in the Middle East.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.
- SHRM Certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) or CIPD certification.
- HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) Certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to handling workplace issues.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
