1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for field, technical, and corporate roles.
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast manpower requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract skilled talent in a competitive market.
2. Productivity Monitoring & Performance Management
- Track and analyze employee productivity across functions and remote/on-site operations.
- Develop and implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor workforce efficiency.
- Support managers in performance reviews, identifying gaps, and aligning outcomes with business objectives.
- Recommend interventions to improve productivity (training, role redesign, process optimization).
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted HR contact for employees across sites, resolving workplace issues fairly and effectively.
- Develop engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and productivity, especially in remote/onshore/offshore environments.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. HR Operations & Compliance
- Administer payroll, leave, benefits, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
4. HR Strategy & Projects
- Assist in implementing HR policies, frameworks, and digital tools.
- Lead workforce analytics projects to identify productivity trends and areas for improvement.
- Support organizational change initiatives and workforce optimization projects.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and international workforce mobility standards.
- Support HR audits, ISO certifications, and other compliance initiatives.
Arab speaking nationalities preferred.
