Job Title: Sr. HR Executive

Location: Surat

Department: HR

Experience: 3-6 year experience in HR Generalist.

Job Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations:

  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts, conduct disciplinary actions, and mediate disputes to maintain a positive and conflict-free workplace.

2. Performance Management:

  • Administer performance appraisal processes, manage performance-related issues, and provide support and coaching to employees and managers

3. Policy and Compliance:

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment legislation, and workplace safety standards relevant to the textile industry.

4. HR Analytics:

  • Leverage data and HR metrics to analyze workforce trends, identify potential issues, and make informed recommendations to improve HR strategies

5. Labor Laws:

  • Stay updated on specific labor laws and collective bargaining agreements that may apply to large workforces in textile factories.

6. Workplace Safety:

  • Ensure HR policies and practices align with stringent workplace safety regulations common in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's /Master’s in HRM or related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Generalist.
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
