Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Hr operations job role from ‘Hire to Retire’ which includes disburse of offer letters/appointment letters / confirmation process/ FnF process etc.
  • Prepare CTC annexure & explain the same to candidates.
  • Maintenance of employee files and documents for record purpose.
  • Manage timely attendance, leave, and overtime records, in software & excel.
  • Assist the team in payroll process and MIS preparation.
  • Coordination with payroll team for statutory compliance like ESIC, PF, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, MLWF & other relevant acts.
  • Handle employee grievances related to salary, PF, ESIC, PT, FnF etc with fruitful conclusion.
  • Update on daily routine & HR operational issues to HRBP.
  • Submission of MIS reports (In house Payroll, contract payroll, attendance, OT, contractor MIS,) within timescale.
