About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage HR operations with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR and talent acquisition, a strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to handle end-to-end recruitment and HR administration. This position is open for immediate joiners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Draft accurate job descriptions and post vacancies on Indeed and other job portals.
- Advise management and employees on Bahrain Labour Law compliance.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate HR operations, including employee onboarding, records management, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR records.
- Support talent management initiatives, including workforce planning and succession planning.
- Provide HR reports and analytics to senior management.
- Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Executive, HR Generalist, or Recruitment Lead (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit procedures.
- Hands-on recruitment experience, including posting jobs on Indeed and managing the full hiring process.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Immediate availability is required.
