About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Junior HR Executive to support our HR and recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have some recruitment experience, a basic understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to assist in day-to-day HR operations. This role is suitable for immediate joiners ready to contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding.
- Draft and post job openings on Indeed and other relevant job portals.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers during the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation in line with Bahrain Labour Law.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and employee files in the HR system or ATS.
- Support HR reporting and provide recruitment metrics to senior HR staff.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks, including employee record management, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and internal HR programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR support (0–2 years preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit procedures.
- Experience with Indeed or other job portals is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Immediate availability is required.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
