About the Role
We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant – Recruitment to support our HR and talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience, a good understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to manage administrative and coordination tasks efficiently. This role is for immediate joiners who can contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Draft and post job vacancies on Indeed and other relevant job portals.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates and assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and recruitment-related documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support HR and recruitment reporting by preparing regular metrics and summaries.
- Assist with talent pipeline management and maintaining candidate databases.
- Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR assistance (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit procedures.
- Experience with Indeed or other online job portals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Immediate availability is required.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
