RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Assistant who can join immediately and support our hiring process. The ideal candidate should have prior recruitment experience, strong coordination skills, and a good understanding of Bahrain labor law. The role involves assisting with sourcing candidates, posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Post and manage job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed and other recruitment portals
  • Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates
  • Support HR team with onboarding documentation for new hires

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
  • Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and recruitment procedures
  • Experience posting jobs on Indeed or other online job portals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools
  • Must be available to join immediately

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency or HR department
