Job Summary :

Teracore Mining is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive (female) to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement events, and HR process implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting organizational growth by ensuring effective people management and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, MIS reports, and employee files.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and social platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Manage the complete onboarding process for new hires.
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration.
  • Coordinate documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.

Employee Engagement & Events

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, HR events, and celebrations.
  • Support internal communication and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Assist in organising training programs, team-building activities, and company events.

Performance & Employee Relations

  • Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Promote a positive work environment and help resolve employee relations issues.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Female HR operations and recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of labour laws and HR compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills

Qualifications: -

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 7to 9 + years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Recruitment

SALARY – 25000 - 40,000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
