We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts. You will work closely with other departments to deliver exceptional client service and achieve revenue targets. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff.

Job Roles;

  • Drive and achieve sales targets within your assigned territory or industry vertical.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local real estate regulations to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to strategically position products and services.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and related paperwork, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant with legal standards.
  • Work closely with other members of the sales team, property managers, and marketing teams to drive sales growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,519.26 - ₹23,332.69 per month
