Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our hospital. The ideal candidate should have strong healthcare HR exposure and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead recruitment for medical, paramedical, nursing & administrative positions

· Manage onboarding, joining formalities & HR induction for new employees

· Maintain employee records, HRMS entries & statutory documentation

· Monitor biometric attendance & coordinate monthly payroll inputs

· Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity & labour laws

· Drive employee engagement activities & handle grievances

· Assist with KRAs, appraisals, and training & development processes

Candidate Requirements

· MBA/PG in Human Resources

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Medical College HR

· Strong communication, coordination & documentation skills

· Hands-on experience with HR operations and compliance

· Ability to manage multi-department HR activities efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
