Senior HR Executive (Male)

The Senior HR Officer for the South Kerala region will lead and coordinate the efforts of People Excellence Executives across the region. The role focuses on implementing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, driving performance excellence, and managing recruitment activities to support organizational growth. This position requires strong leadership, regional coordination, and the ability to execute people and culture initiatives that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage People Excellence Executives across the South Region.
• Oversee the consistent implementation of HR processes, initiatives, and policies within the region.
• Act as a point of escalation for regional HR-related concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Analyze regional performance data and provide insights for improvement.
• Drive recruitment strategies and oversee end-to-end hiring processes for the region.
• Manage the execution of bulk and specialized hiring campaigns.
• Ensure the recruitment process aligns with company standards and fulfills staffing needs promptly.
• Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.
• Address employee concerns and mediate disputes to maintain a positive work environment.
• Track key HR metrics such as attrition, recruitment efficiency, and employee productivity.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR functions, including leadership experience managing teams or regional HR operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, recruitment strategies, and labor laws.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
