Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Generalist to manage and support a wide range of human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting leadership, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement
- Oversee performance appraisal cycles and support managers with goal setting and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
- Support training and development initiatives and succession planning
- Drive HR projects related to culture, engagement, and organizational development
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in Time Trax and MS Office applications
