4+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated responsibility in leading HR initiatives or overseeing core HR functions.

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of HR information systems or HRIS platforms.

Prior experience within a tech or software services environment is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring alignment with workforce plans and hiring standards.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and department managers, addressing queries, concerns, and grievances with timely resolutions and sound judgment.
Support and guide performance management activities, including review cycles, feedback processes, and tracking of performance metrics.
Drive consistent implementation and adherence to HR policies across all departments, providing leadership and clarifying expectations where required.
Monitor, audit, and enforce compliance with company policies, HR processes, employment laws, and regulatory standards; ensure proactive risk mitigation.
Maintain, update, and oversee HR documentation and employee records to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
Address policy-related concerns and violations, document cases, and support corrective and preventive measures in partnership with leadership.
Lead compliance-focused HR process improvements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving HR regulations and standards.
Support learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and facilitating or coordinating training and development sessions.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, wellness programs, and culture-enhancing efforts.
