Senior Hr Manager

• Responsible for full cycle of hiring. (Recruitment, negotiation, interview lineups, Documentations and joining. • Responsible for the initial screening of candidates, short-listing till the closure of the position • Sourcing candidates through job portal, posting, social networking site, employee referral and external agency. • Understanding position detail, providing relevant candidates through detailed pre-screening to the hiring managers and driving closures with providing market intelligence and suggestions whenever situation demands. • Responsible for hiring senior level, junior and middle level requirements for most of the entities across India. • Deciding on recruitment strategy with help of hiring managers. • Short listing, pre-screening, Interview scheduling/coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
